National Veteran’s Day |

| 24 June is the day of remembrance for Manchester. It is held in Manchester Town Hill. Veteran’s Day is celebrated nationally on 27 June. It is both a celebration of the contribution made by all those who have served in the Armed Forces, as well as those in Merchant Navy and Fishing Fleets who have served in support of operations.
There will be tea dance, swing, big band sounds, 40s nostalgia shows and fantastic dance demonstrations.
